How often do commissions get paid?
We pay commissions by PayPal on a monthly basis in Japanese yen, as long as the total commission balance in your account is greater than 5,000 Yen.
Can I be compensated for promoting "Discovery Japan" through Blog or Social media?
Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr are among the acceptable platforms for promoting Discovery Japan and are eligible for compensation. For the most part, if the social platform allows users to add affiliate links then we allow it. Please be careful as you will be responsible for complying with all terms of use applicable to these third party sites if you share Links or Promotional Content on them.
How do I add links to my website and/or social pages?
Once you apply to Affiliate Program and become our affiliate program, you'll get access to a variety of banners, buttons, text links tools you can add to your site or social page. Everything you need to get started is available via the Tools section within our Portal. You can add as many affiliate ads and links as you would like, and can choose to promote specific items.
